We request all customers to carefully review their order details before completing their purchase.

However, if you receive:

• A defective product
• An incorrect product
  

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.
